Role Summary As the Quality Manager, you will lead the Quality and Food Safety Program to ensure all products exceed global standards and regulatory requirements. You will serve as a strategic leader, driving business performance through a culture of quality excellence. Your mission is to safeguard product integrity and consumer safety by owning core quality systems and maintaining 100% audit readiness. Responsibilities
  • Drive Site Quality Strategy:
    Own the development and implementation of Quality Systems and Food Safety Plan to ensure full adherence to international regulatory requirements.
  • Lead Audit Excellence:
    Act as the primary contact for governmental and international inspections while managing internal and external audit programs to ensure timely CAPA execution.
  • Optimize Core Quality Systems:
    Oversee the robustness of critical systems—including lab management, environmental monitoring, and product release—while reporting Quality KPIs to the organization.
  • Champion Consumer Satisfaction:
    Partner with plant leadership to reduce plant-controllable complaints and participate in site-wide initiatives that optimize cost, service, and technology transfer.
  • Build Organizational Capability:
    Lead, coach, and develop the site Quality team, managing performance and operating budgets to build a high-performing technical bench.
  • Foster a
Culture of Safety:
Lead by example on EOHS and Quality expectations, ensuring a safe and compliant manufacturing environment for all team members. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, R D, or other technical roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing facility.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and participating in regulatory agency audits and inspections. Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing facility.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Cleaning & Sanitation, Food Defense, HACCP, and SAP systems.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex microbiological and financial data to drive site decisions.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to work in a standard office environment and visit the plant floor and warehouse areas multiple times per week.
Must be able to adapt to temperature and environmental extremes, such as hot to cold, dust, dirt and chemicals
  • Wearing proper personal protective equipment (hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, safety shoes, and uniform)
  • Bending, stooping, twisting, turning, standing for extended time periods, reaching, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 55 lbs Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $124,000.00
  • $170,000.
00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
