You'll manage and mentor a team of QA professionals, implement operational procedures, and foster a culture of engagement and excellence. You'll also serve as a key member of our Food Safety and Food Defense Teams, helping to protect the integrity of our products and processes.

What You'll Do:

Supervise and train QA team members, assigning work schedules and daily direction. Ensure all QA procedures, records, and policies are current and compliant. Understand and oversee quality specifications, water treatment functions, and chemical handling. Maintain inventory of lab supplies, sanitation chemicals, and product ingredients. Manage calibration records and upgrade lab testing equipment as needed. Ensure compliance with plant sanitation requirements and schedule annual PMs for lab equipment. Investigate batching and quality issues and oversee the quality hold program. Participate in cross-functional projects focused on quality, safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For You're a hands-on leader with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality. You'll bring: A strong background in Quality Assurance. Higher education with emphasis in math, physics, or chemistry (preferred). Prior supervisory experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
