Logo Job Summary Ferrousouth is excited to announce an opening for a Quality Manager at our Iuka, MS location! This is a key leadership role focused on driving excellence in our quality systems, ensuring compliance, and fostering continuous improvement across operations. Job Function Maintains various components of local quality program related to data analysis, systems evaluations, and product assessment. Documents quality issues and performance measures for leadership review. Recommends new methods and processes. Performs audits and evaluation of workflow, work methods, and procedures on an ongoing basis and initiates corrective action and process improvements where appropriate. Maintain the Quality Process / Quality System assigned site(s). Acts as local quality representative and provides support for compliance audits. Serves as a quality resource for the location(s) during internal audits of IFTA and ISO. Responds to customer quality problems and audits. Maintains customer approvals for the location and implements requirements. Acts as a facilitator for problem solving, corrective action, and quality initiatives. Communicates findings to both internal and external customers. Maintains records and reports on the status of the Quality Process for all departments and/or locations. Assures that employees receive required quality or other training as assigned. Provides product technical and product quality control support. Conducts new hire Quality Onboard Training Additional duties assigned as needed by Operations Manager Maintain customer inventory levels Audit inventory Processing work orders as customer request Communicate daily with customer Enter part number information into software Create shipments as request by customer General office and warehouse environment, PC use. Knowledge of Salesforce and Star a plus. Required Skills Five years of progressive automotive quality system and customer quality systems experience. Extensive knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001 requirements. Advanced verbal and written communication skills'
