Job Summary The Quality Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of process control, validation, and improvement activities. This position is responsible for the handling of customer complaints and walking them through the system for resolution. Responsible for training of new employees as well as on-going training for warehouse employees in ISO procedures. books in warehouse Establish quality control standards and procedures for all departments and ensure that all necessary personnel are aware of the procedures Coordinate all root cause analysis activities. Train new hires on ISO procedures and conduct training classes on Corrective Action Reports with responsible warehouse employees Conduct FAI, PFMEA, PPAP and process mapping activities as required Develop specific programs for individual accounts as required and assist customers with developing quality control procedures Develop, implement, and maintain all documentation of quality system Support all APQP related activities Work with Regional Quality/Safety Manager on all
