We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager for a federal construction project at MCOLF Atlantic Field. The QC Manager will be responsible for managing the Contractor Quality Control program, including submittal review, preparatory/initial/follow-up inspections, testing coordination, QC meetings, documentation, and daily quality control reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years combined experience as a QC Manager, Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager on similar construction projects Minimum 2 years experience specifically as a QC Manager Experience with multi-trade commercial or federal construction projects Familiarity with

EM 385-1-1

Experience with hazard identification, safety compliance, and construction quality control Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM) certification preferred; certification may be obtained within 90 days of award if otherwise qualified Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
