Cary, NC Pay Rate:
$18.50-$19.88 per hour Adecco is seeking a dedicated QA Training Specialist to join our client's team in Cary, NC. This pivotal role focuses on developing and empowering the quality assurance team through impactful training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives. As part of Adecco's commitment to excellence, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new team members, refining QA training processes, and ensuring operational consistency across quality functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging training sessions for QA team members through hands-on instruction, mentoring, workshops, and other dynamic learning methods. Facilitate effective onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and temporary QA staff, ensuring alignment with quality standards and expectations. Assess training effectiveness by monitoring performance, identifying development needs, and recommending targeted improvements to close skill gaps. Conduct comprehensive audits to evaluate employee knowledge and performance, documenting findings and facilitating corrective actions. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance training programs, refine QA processes, and boost overall operational performance. Adhere to safety, compliance, and quality standards, including company policies, work instructions, ISO requirements, and departmental objectives.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, training, manufacturing, or related environments. Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills and the ability to interpret written and verbal instructions accurately. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Willingness to work overtime as necessary, including mandatory overtime.
Schedule & Work Environment:
Rotating 12-hour shifts: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on, with every other weekend off.
Day Shift:
7:00 AM - 7:00
PM Night Shift:

Pay Details:
