  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations.
In this pivotal role, you will champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our plant specific quality systems to ensure products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. The Quality Manager will also utilize effective analysis procedures in regard to quality standards. Your leadership will drive a culture of quality, foster compliance with industry regulations, and support operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about maintaining rigorous quality standards and enhancing overall product integrity. Responsibilities Support of quality, environmental, safety, information security, and safety systems according to
IATF 16949, ISO 14001, CCC
(China Certification), TISAX and Carolina Star Standards. Collaborate with other departments and team members to create and maintain documentation. Continual quality management and quality check planning. Promote customer focus throughout the organization and ensure all customer requirments are met. Ensuring quality of raw materials and finished goods. Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions promptly. Key team member of APQP/New Product Launch Manage all quality complaints. Management of customer audits. Support of third-party audits. Responsible for recording and analyzing quality data. Responsible for reporting quality data to management team.
Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience in conducting quality audits and inspections within manufacturing settings. Proficiency in developing and maintaining effective quality systems and documentation processes. Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data trends and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Degree in Engineering Discipline or other related discipline required. 5+ years in Quality Management Previous experience in the automotive or automotive supplier industry. Previous experience in the plastic injection molding industry. Quality certifications preferred. VDA 6.3 Training or the ability to achieve required.
Pay:
$125,000.00
