Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an up-and-coming quality professional who has a few years of manufacturing experience and is ready to take the next step in their career. The person selected will work closely with an experienced Quality Manager and gain broad exposure to quality systems, suppliers, customers, inspections, ISO requirements, PPAPs, auditing, and continuous improvement. The company is specifically looking for someone who is sharp, eager to learn, a strong communicator, and interested in growing into future quality leadership. Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily quality and inspection activities
  • Assist with quality projects and follow-up
  • Work with suppliers, customers, production, purchasing, and other internal teams
  • Assist with NCRs, SCARs, corrective actions, scorecards, and customer quality issues
  • Coordinate customer and supplier returns/RMAs
  • Prepare and maintain Certificates of Compliance/Conformance and material certifications
  • Support
ISO 9001
2015 audits, documentation, and follow-up
  • Prepare and coordinate PPAP documentation and submissions
  • Review drawings, specifications, customer requirements, and quality documentation
  • Help train and support quality inspection personnel
  • Assist with continuous improvement and quality system development What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of quality experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Experience or exposure to
PPAP, ISO
9001, and auditing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working directly with suppliers and customers
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and quality documents
  • Rubber or plastics manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
  • Someone motivated to learn, take on more responsibility, and grow into leadership The original position calls for at least two years of QA experience and familiarity with ISO 9001, PPAP, corrective action processes, and manufacturing quality systems. Why Consider This Opportunity
