Job Description
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical or Industrial Engineering or related or equivalent. Requires seven (7) years progressively responsible quality assurance experience in automotive or vehicle supplier manufacturing or design utilizing product. Requires five (5) years: failure analyses system and processes; production process related problem solving by using 8Ds, A3s and standard quality tools; software based statistical process control (SPC) calculations; and using Control Plans and P-FMEAs. (IATF 16949) Requires five (5) years leadership of teams including managing team leaders and their teams. Requires 2% U.S. and 1% international travel for training, supplier visits, and customer visits. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
