Compensation:
$96,000 - $110,000 About Us We are a rapidly growing wet wipe manufacturing company focused on producing high‑quality, safe, and compliant products for consumer, industrial, and healthcare markets. As we expand production and strengthen our quality systems, we're seeking a hands‑on, detail‑driven QA Manager who can elevate our quality program and ensure every product meets the highest standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment , understands regulated hygiene products , and is ready to build and refine quality systems as the company scales. About the Role The QA Manager will oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities across the facility. You will ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, GMPs, customer specifications, and internal quality systems . This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across production, R D, maintenance, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the QA/QC team, including training, scheduling, and performance development Oversee all quality systems, including document control, batch records, testing protocols, and corrective actions Ensure compliance with
FDA 21 CFR , ISO 9001 , GMP
, and customer-specific requirements Develop and maintain SOPs, quality manuals, and inspection procedures Manage incoming raw material inspections, in‑process checks, and finished goods testing Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits (regulatory, customer, certification) Investigate nonconformances and lead root cause analysis and CAPA activities Partner with production to ensure quality standards are met on converting and packaging lines Maintain environmental monitoring, sanitation verification, and microbiological testing programs Approve product releases and ensure accurate documentation for traceability Support new product development with quality input and validation testing Track and report quality KPIs to leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5+ years of QA/QC experience in wet wipes, personal care, hygiene products, food, pharma, or similar regulated manufacturing Strong knowledge of
GMP , ISO 9001
, and FDA requirements for nonwoven or hygiene products Experience leading audits and managing CAPA programs Ability to interpret technical specifications, testing results, and regulatory requirements Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing manufacturing environment Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience in wet wipe converting , nonwovens, or liquid formulation Knowledge of microbiological testing and environmental monitoring Experience with ERP or QMS software Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma background Physical Requirements Ability to walk the production floor regularly Ability to lift up to 25-40 lbs occasionally Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels Why Join Us Opportunity to build and strengthen a quality program in a growing company High visibility and direct impact on product quality and customer satisfaction Supportive, team‑oriented culture Career growth as the company expands
