Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable QC Tech-HACCP Coordinator to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and various quality control methodologies. The QC Tech-HACCP Coordinator will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing audits, and utilizing precision measuring instruments to maintain product integrity throughout the manufacturing process. Pay based on experience - Starting pay based on minimum requirements Hours are generally 8a-5p. There will be an expectation to come in early once a week for a random inspection of the plant. Duties Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with CGMP and HACCP standards. Perform quality audits to assess adherence to established procedures and identify areas for improvement. Analyze data collected during inspections and audits to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations related to product safety and efficacy. Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, audit findings, and corrective actions taken. Participate in training sessions on quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements. Experience FDA or USDA Experience required Familiarity with Safety Chain software is a plus Proficient in English and Spanish languages is a plus Experience conducting quality audits and inspections using vision inspection systems. Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
