Job Description

Title:
Quality Control Manager Location:
Willard, NC We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Concrete Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives across manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of robust quality systems, ensuring products meet stringent industry standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures aligned with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and other relevant frameworks. Lead quality audits across manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee quality inspections at various stages of production to detect defects and verify product specifications. Manage the calibration and validation of testing equipment to ensure accuracy in quality assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues promptly and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities and develop strategies to prevent recurrence. Maintain detailed records of quality metrics, audit findings, inspection reports, and compliance documentation. Lead training sessions on quality systems, standards, and best practices for staff involved in manufacturing and quality assurance activities. Education & Qualifications:
Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong focus on quality control and quality assurance processes. Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive quality audits and inspections effectively. Strong analysis skills with the capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and implement improvements. Experience managing or participating in quality management systems (QMS) within regulated industries. Project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to articulate findings clearly and collaborate with diverse teams effectively.

Pay:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
