The programs within this Section include SNAP, LIHEAP, TANF, Quality Control, and Service Delivery. Minimum Qualifications You must have a Bachelor's degree and five years of senior leader level experience in the administration of Health & Human Service related programs, other major human service funding, or reimbursement programs (such as Public Assistance, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program [ SNAP], Child Support, etc.); Or a Bachelor's degree and five years of senior leader level management experience in healthcare administration. Experience must have included program implementation and management, supervision of professional level staff, budget development, and people management responsibilities.
