We're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who shares our commitment to excellence and understands that quality isn't just a department - it's part of everything we do. As a small business, every team member wears multiple hats. While your primary responsibility will be leading our quality systems and regulatory compliance, you'll also collaborate across departments and step in wherever needed to help the team succeed. Position Summary The Quality Assurance Manager oversees Green Pasture's quality assurance systems, food safety programs, regulatory compliance, and product documentation while partnering with leadership, manufacturing, marketing, customer service, and production partners. What You'll Do Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs. Lead HACCP and food safety programs. Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, state, and international regulations. Manage certifications, audits, recall preparedness, and quality documentation. Review raw materials and finished products. Coordinate laboratory testing and maintain retention samples. Oversee fermentation tracking and manufacturing documentation. Generate Certificates of Analysis and investigate customer complaints. Review labels and marketing materials for regulatory compliance. Support research, product development, and continuous improvement. Represent Green Pasture at conferences or industry events as needed.
