Job Description Lead and develop a team of quality professionals through multiple levels of leadership. Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve product quality and process performance. Drive root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions. Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality systems. Promote a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and operational excellence throughout the facility. The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline. At least five years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment. Previous experience leading teams in a supervisory or management capacity. Background in aerospace, bearing manufacturing, precision machining, or related industries. Knowledge of quality systems, inspection processes, and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 annually + bonus.
