This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance while supporting efficient production operations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of QC Inspectors based on production schedules. Perform in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with GMP and standard operating procedures. Review quality documentation, non-conformance reports, and inspection records. Investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, line trials, and daily quality meetings. Ensure timely sample collection and submission for customer requirements. Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to QC staff. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Supervisor training preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of quality control or related experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience working within GMP regulations. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make sound quality decisions.
