Responsibilities Create and update quality control protocols, ensuring they are effectively communicated and followed throughout the production process. Observe the printing process from start to finish, identifying potential issues, and ensuring adherence to established standards and customer requirements. Conduct and document all QA/QC, safety, OSHA and ISO related trainings as defined in the current year training plan for all employees. Create training plan for following years. Prepare for the annual externalISO 9001, ISO 14001, SQF
Audits Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and preventing recurrence. Create, maintain and update all SOP's for applicability to current operations, ISO standards, OSHA requirements and customer requirements. Collect, track, and analyze quality data to identify trends, pinpoint root causes of quality problems, and implement corrective actions. Communicate quality performance to management, providing feedback to production staff, and interacting with customers to address quality concerns. Train employees on quality control procedures, providing guidance on best practices, and fostering a culture of quality. Requirements Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance practices, including compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving to identify quality trends and implement corrective actions. Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with packaging/printing production processes. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent experience is preferred. Experience in the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.Similar remote jobs
