Q.A. SUPERVISOR A

Main responsibilities include:

Lead and supervise QA Technicians, including hiring, training, and performance reviews. Oversee daily QA operations ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements. Manage various QA programs, including HACCP, allergen, and internal audits. Facilitate third-party audits and track corrective actions for continuous improvement. Collaborate effectively with team members, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring. Qualified candidates will have the following: 2 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance in food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices. Experience with

FDA, GMP

standards. Certifications in HACCP and as an SQF Practitioner are mandatory. Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills; attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to customer service and safety protocol.
