QUALITY DIRECTOR
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of quality assurance and innovation in the food and personal care packaging industry. As the Quality Director, you'll lead the charge in ensuring top-notch quality and food safety across my client's operations. With an emphasis on a culture of prevention and accountability, you will work collaboratively across various departments to drive results and inspire your team to achieve excellence. Qualified candidates will have the following: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field. 8 to 15 years of leadership experience in Quality within Food Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Personal Care Products or related industries. Experience directly managing and mentoring Quality teams (engineers, techs, inspectors, etc.). Proven abilities in driving continuous improvement through data systems and root-cause analysis. Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and resolving quality concerns. Certifications in one of the following - SQF Advanced Practitioner, HACCP Certification / PCQI, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or ASQ Certified Quality Manager.
