Description Interprets contract proposals, specifications, and standards for evaluation of the quality control requirements. Develops and implements a quality assurance and quality control program on the project that meets the client requirements and the Company's expectation. Evaluates work plans for quality controls and offers recommendations for improvements. Supports the development of field personnel related to quality. Prepares and tracks written inspection reports, management reports and quality records. Performs other duties as assigned.
