Job Description Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Control Plans. Manage all quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle. Lead execution of the USACE Three-Phase Control System across all definable features of work. Review, process, track, and manage construction submittals and approvals. Perform daily site inspections to ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards. Maintain accurate quality documentation, reports, logs, and records. Review testing results, identify quality concerns, and provide corrective recommendations. Coordinate closely with government representatives, project managers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to federal standards and specifications. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project quality and execution. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered. Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Quality Control Manager on construction projects. Current Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification. Strong knowledge of federal construction quality requirements and compliance standards. Proven experience conducting inspections, managing documentation, and preparing quality reports. Experience using RMS software. Ability to obtain military installation access and, if required, a Secret Clearance. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively. Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
