Interpret, build & adhere to the company's QA standards. Manage complaint & nonconformance processes using record-keeping and tracking systems. Document QA activities through internal reporting and audits. Enhance production, design standards and formulate testing protocols. Identify training requirements to ensure compliance company-wide. Plan, execute & oversee product inspection & testing to uphold quality & conformity to specifications & deliverables. Assist operations by tracking, documenting & reporting quality levels including CSR, environmental, and health and safety KPIs. Investigate reports of product quality issues & ensure resolution in compliance of company guidelines and regulatory mandates. Develop or revise procedures for capturing, investigating, and documenting product complaints. Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and notify managers and product developers. Must have Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science or foreign equivalent is required plus 18 months of experience in job offered or as an Analytical Chemist. Also requires 18 months of experience (which may have been obtained concurrently) with instrumentation such as: HPLC, GC, ICPMS, Dissolution apparatus, UV, IR, Karl Fisher (KF), pH, Viscometer. The base salary range for this position is from $100,000•$120,000. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge and skills. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
