Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead and continuously improve the company's Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programs, policies, and procedures. Oversee quality inspections, audits, and compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and client requirements across multiple construction projects. Manage nonconformance reporting, corrective actions, and root cause analysis to improve overall quality performance. Partner with project managers, field leadership, and subcontractors to ensure consistent quality standards while mentoring quality personnel. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or construction inspection. Experience developing, implementing, and managing QA/QC programs within the construction industry. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic quality documentation systems. Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) software and managing quality audits, inspections, and documentation. Preferred Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Quality Assurance Manager or other QA/QC leadership role. ASQ, CQM, or other quality management certifications related to the construction industry.
