We are looking for talent with a strong commercial manufacturing background. Summary This position will be lead a team and be responsible for the QA function ensuring product quality. Working with your team and the stakeholders in the company, the person will be responsible for establishing and implementing a quality system. Some of the projects will include quality events, coach and develop the QA Team and work with vendors. This role will include the development and implementation for company SOP and QA process. Preparation of key performance indicator (KPI) working with the team Manage company project portfolio Manage the annual budget Qualifications Master or higher education level preferred Strong Commercial Manufacturing background Strong Regulatory experience required 5- 10 years of experience working with QA Develop and manage project portfolios, understanding the differences within departments/company Experience leading a team Experience managing a budget for a QA Team Excellent communication and written skills, organizational skills Ability to work closely with the stakeholders of all departments
