Working Hour:

Piscataway, NJ:

4-day work week (Mon-Thu) with 3-day weekends (Fri-Sun off)

Camden, NJ:

5-day week with flexible start times (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM).

Role Overview:

As the QA Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of 12-13 professionals, ensuring the highest safety and performance standards for advanced rail fleets. Oversee all inspection, testing, and troubleshooting procedures. Lead Failure Review Boards (FRB) and perform statistical quality analysis. Act as the primary technical liaison for high-level customer interactions and compliance. Manage the control of non-conforming materials and the development of SOPs.

Requirements:

Industry Experience:

10+ years in Rolling Stock (Rail), Aerospace, Automotive, or heavy complex manufacturing.

QA Expertise:

5+ years of dedicated Quality Assurance management experience.

Leadership:

Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage customer expectations and internal teams.

Location:

Available for full-time, on-site work in New Jersey (No travel required).

Language:

English fluency ( Japanese language skills are NOT required ).

Pay:

$105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
