Spanish English GMP Quality assurance Quality control Quality audits Manufacturing Manufacturing company experience FDA regulations Full Job Description Quality Control Supervisor (Bilingual) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will lead daily quality control operations, supervise QC staff, and help ensure all products meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with manufacturing quality experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. Responsibilities Oversee daily quality control activities to ensure products meet specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. Supervise, schedule, train, and coach Quality Control Inspectors. Implement and maintain inspection, sampling, and testing procedures for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Review and maintain quality records, reports, and documentation. Manage nonconformance and hold processes, including documentation, product disposition, and cost tracking. Analyze quality data and prepare routine and project-specific reports. Coordinate calibration programs for inspection and testing equipment, including maintaining calibration records. Maintain the Integrated Pest Management program, including scheduling audits and coordinating with service providers. Support internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in maintaining quality system documentation and controlled records. Support ISO 14001 and
ISO 50001
management system activities, including audits and corrective actions. Review and approve incoming raw materials and colorants; maintain sample libraries and approval records. Coordinate external product and material testing as required. Support site hygiene, product safety, and environmental monitoring programs. Ensure current quality procedures and work instructions are properly posted throughout the facility. Assist with new product launches by developing inspection plans and communicating quality requirements. Order quality-related supplies and equipment through established purchasing processes. Provide translation and communication support for employees with limited English proficiency when needed. Uphold all company safety, environmental, and compliance standards. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Strong math, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficient computer skills, including spreadsheets, word processing, and quality data systems. Experience working within formal quality systems and regulated environments such as ISO, GMP, or FDA is highly preferred. Quality or industry certifications are a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Why Join Us?
