The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing sanitation plans, managing vendor and employee safety and sanitation programs, and overseeing all quality assurance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with FDA food safety standards. Develop and implement sanitation plans. Manage vendor and employee safety and sanitation programs. Oversee all quality assurance activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in quality assurance within the food industry. Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and food safety standards. Excellent leadership and management skills.
