full-time Who We Are We're a dog health startup that makes cleaner, better dog health products by combining human-grade ingredients with veterinary research. What are we looking for? We're looking for someone who cares deeply about making great products. They're hands-on, detail-oriented, highly organized, and fast-learning. They feel comfortable with visiting manufacturing sites to drive further quality improvement. They'll spend most of your time owning and improving quality across our existing products, with the opportunity to help bring new products from R D through production. What does the role entail? Own and improve QA/QC processes across existing products Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions with manufacturers Own product specifications, testing requirements, and quality documentation Support manufacturing, site visits, and new product development from R D through production What you bring Great problem-solver: you can figure anything out Strong bias for action: you move fast and get things done Great communicator: you're clear, concise, and can hold people accountable when needed Huge plus: familiarity with manufacturing, or new product development Work Authorization We are unable to offer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
