Key Responsibilities Lead the firm's Assurance and Quality Control functions, ensuring engagements meet professional standards and internal quality expectations. Review audits, reviews, compilations, financial statements, and engagement files for accuracy, compliance, and technical quality. Mentor, coach, and develop assurance professionals while supporting team performance and career growth. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering high-quality client service. Partner with firm leadership on strategic initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and assurance practice growth. Support business development efforts, expand client relationships, and contribute to building a sustainable book of business.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:

$170,000 to $185,000 per year. 20% commission on self-generated new business. Comprehensive benefits package. Direct hire opportunity. Non-Equity Partner Track targeted in approximately three years, subject to partner approval. Opportunity to build and grow your own book of business.
