Job Description

Position Description:
The Quality Assurance Supervisor leads efforts to improve quality and business processes throughout the organization. Primary responsibilities include management of the site quality assurance team, identifying, prioritizing, and implementing improvement opportunities to support business and customer requirements, and assuring compliance to
ISO 9001
2015 requirements. The Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee, prioritize, and guide the QA Technician and Software QA Technician roles to ensure the highest level of quality and output with software improvements, bug fixes and other implementations. This position is also required to oversee the daily operation of Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) regarding both customer facing and manufacturer issues. Other responsibilities include performance of internal (quality, process, safety) audits, management of corrective and preventive action programs, regular reporting of metrics, and supplier management. General Duties and Responsibilities of the
Quality Assurance Supervisor:
Work with the quality team and other organizational departments to create a culture of quality and continuous improvement Prepare metrics reporting daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance tied to quality Prepare, schedule, and conduct internal quality, process, and safety audits to assess conformance to ISO 9001 and business requirements Disseminate processes and training to support determination of nonconformance root cause and implementation of effective corrective/preventive actions Recommend and implement solutions to issues and improvement opportunities tied to quality and business operations Plan and execute quality improvement projects that support the company's annual business plan Develop and ensure achievement of short and long-term site and corporate quality goals Interface professionally and effectively with internal and external customers on quality related issues Ensure the Integra Quality Department is properly staffed and trained Oversee the daily operation of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) regarding both customer facing and manufacturer issues. Manage Software QA Technician testing, reporting and processes to ensure timely deployment of product is achieved. Perform other related duties and serve on special projects as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality Supervisor role Knowledge and minimum 5 years working experience with the
ISO 9001
quality management system standard Ability to work productively in cross functional teams in both leadership and support positions Thorough knowledge of logistics and electronic assembly operations Experience and competence in quality tools including SPC charts, FMEA, 5-Why, frequency distribution charts, flowcharts, and root cause analysis techniques Experience with environmental, health and safety programs Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solution being tested Experience in training company personnel on quality procedures and requirements Ability to work under high pressure situations and deadlines Must be able to simultaneously manage several objectives and reassign priorities as needed Ability to inspire, motivate and influence diverse teams Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical discipline ISO Lead Auditor training preferred. ASQ Quality Supervisor and/or Quality Engineer Certification (CQM) preferred
IPC-A-600
Training Certificate (CIT) preferred Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt Certification a plus

Senior Manager of Global Quality & Regulatory Compliance Physical Job Requirements:
This position requires working in both office and warehouse environments. Duties involve sitting, standing, walking, and using a computer for extended periods while preparing reports, analyzing data, conducting audits, and managing quality processes. The employee may occasionally bend, reach, stoop, or lift up to 25 pounds when performing inspections or reviewing materials. Visual ability to read computer screens, reports, labels, and technical documents is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and virtually. The role may require occasional travel and exposure to varying temperatures, moderate noise, dust, and other conditions common in warehouse and production environments. Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
