You'll invest the majority of your time in these key areas: Provide leadership in associate training, and implementation and auditing of Quality Systems procedures, to ensure customer's expectations and food safety requirements are met. Ensure that safety protocols are followed and report quality metrics to other members of the management team. Audit all food safety-related quality processes to ensure Quality and sanitation group leaders and technicians are maintaining all process parameters. Work with the Quality Systems Manager, and production and packaging staff to continually improve and maintain the quality of existing product. Develop a working knowledge of equipment (adjustment and troubleshooting maximizing output and quality by controlling process parameters) to support coaching and mentorship of team members. Your profile Prior experience in food processing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of GFSI, government, and industry quality assurance codes and standards Strong Computer skills required Second shift (3pm -11pm) Must be flexible to support business needs that include weekends and other off-shifts Pay range: $65,000 to $80,000 A link to the full job description can be found here.
