experience is required. Never a dull moment. Responsibilities Maintain and modify our existing quality management systems Conduct regular internal and external quality audits to verify compliance. Oversee quality control processes including inspection, testing, and validation of products to ensure they meet specified standards. Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions to resolve quality issues effectively. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop robust quality assurance protocols, continuous improvement. Coordinate training programs on quality systems, regulatory updates, and best practices for staff at all levels. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong focus on quality control and quality systems management. In-depth knowledge

ISO 9001,. AS9100

preferred, and any Dept of Defense experience is also helpful.. Effective communication skills to train teams and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
