Compliance & Quality Assurance Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience is preferred NYS Driver License required This position oversees processes and procedures to ensure the Agency maintains compliance with all applicable regulations, the provision of quality services, and the promotion of ethical behavior. Examples of specific responsibilities include the following: Carry out compliance and quality improvement activities including auditing, exclusion screening, assessments, training, data collection, and data analysis. Conduct routine audits of case records, billing, and properties; prepare reports; and follow-up with programs to ensure corrective action has been implemented. Work closely with programs to identify, track, and measure program outcomes. Monitor and promptly investigate compliance issues and general incidents in a confidential manner.
