Job Description

Quality Manager Endicott, NY | Full-Time $60,000 - $80,000 annually We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Management System within a precision manufacturing environment serving highly regulated industries.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits Manage corrective actions, nonconforming materials, and quality documentation Ensure compliance with
AS9100, ISO
9001, customer, and regulatory requirements Investigate quality issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions Monitor quality metrics and report performance to leadership Partner with production, engineering, customers, and suppliers to support quality objectives Lead continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization
Qualifications:
5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with AS9100 and/or
ISO 9001
quality systems Aerospace, defense, medical device, or precision machining experience strongly preferred Experience leading audits, corrective actions, and process improvements Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred:
ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE, etc.) GD&T knowledge Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience We're looking for a hands-on quality professional who can lead quality initiatives while working closely with operations, engineering, customers, and suppliers to maintain the highest quality standards.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
