A leading manufacturer is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee
Liaison Act as the primary point of contact for client quality issues. Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production on continuous improvement activities.

Follow all quality assurance protocols, policies, and procedures. Audit compliance and continuous improvement initiatives for compliance to ISO 9001.Process Improvement:
Utilizing data (i.e. SPC, Root Cause Analysis) to identify improvements and drive Lean and/or Six Sigma initiatives, reduce cost of qualityQuality Inspection:
Monitoring product development and inspecting raw materials and final products, with authority to reject non-compliant items.Leadership:
Supervising quality inspectors, including training and performance management.Audit & Compliance:
Performing internal audits, ensuring adherence to legal, safety, and regulatory standards.Liaison Act as the primary point of contact for client quality issues. Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production on continuous improvement activities.
Reporting:
Maintaining proper metrics and records to analyze and mitigate non-conformances and reduce Cost of Quality for the company. Skills Calipers, micrometers, gauges (2 years of experience is required)ISO 9001
