This individual will be responsible for overseeing quality control operations, ensuring products and processes meet company standards, supervising quality personnel, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality procedures throughout the facility. Pay, Schedule, and Location Pay $60,000-$65,000/yearly Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision All shifts available Located in Islandia, NY Duties and Responsibilities Supervise daily quality control operations and staff Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards Monitor production and warehouse processes for accuracy and consistency Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records Train and support employees on quality and safety procedures Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to improve processes Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Requirements and Qualifications Previous quality control or quality assurance experience required Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesx — (Salary range based on experience) —
