Quality Engineer! Are you someone who loves solving problems, improving processes, and making sure quality is more than just a checkbox? We're looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team! In this role, you'll report to the Quality Manager and work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives that make a real impact on our products, processes, and overall quality culture. Do:

Drive quality improvements and help solve real-world manufacturing challenges. Partner with Production, Quality, and leadership teams. Support strategic initiatives that improve processes and performance. Help build and strengthen a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Work directly with leadership and have a voice in meaningful business decisions.

Someone who is hands-on, analytical, collaborative, and passionate about quality—someone who sees a problem and thinks, "Let's figure this out."
