Hours Salary:
$66,300 - $75,000/yr AHRC Nassau provides support to over 2,200 people throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. The Medical Quality Assurance Coordinator ensures that the people supported are free from abuse and neglect by completing incident investigations.

In this role, you will: Lead medical-focused abuse and death investigations, including root-cause analysis and corrective action planning. Manage the full lifecycle of incident reporting (IRMA), ensuring data accuracy and adherence to strict agency deadlines. Serve as the primary contact for oversight agencies and a key member of the Human Rights Committee. Maintain confidential investigation files and the Human Rights database to ensure regulatory audit-readiness. Develop and facilitate agency-wide training on abuse prevention and compliance protocols.
We require:
High school diploma or equivalent Qualified NYS Driver's License Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field
RN, LPN, BA, BS
in human services field and/or experience with medical or death investigations, oversight of medical records or care preferred Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Access preferred Medical Quality Assurance Coordinator, for immediate consideration, please apply now!
