We're looking for a results-driven Quality Assurance Manager to champion product excellence and elevate our quality systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets the highest standards — especially in highly regulated, mission-critical applications.
What You'll Do:
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System Own the full AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) process — from planning and execution to customer submission and approval Conduct internal audits, supplier evaluations, and process assessments to maintain compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements Analyze quality data to identify trends, drive root cause corrective actions (RCCA), and implement lasting preventive measures Partner closely with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues swiftly and effectively Mentor and develop a high-performing quality team focused on accountability and excellence Stay ahead of industry standards, regulatory changes, and emerging quality tools
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical field 5+ years of progressive Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong, hands-on expertise in AS9102 First Article Inspection — including successful completion and customer acceptance of multiple FAIs Deep knowledge of
AS9100, ISO
9001, and aerospace quality standards Proven experience leading quality teams and cross-functional improvement projects Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
