The position is reporting to the Plant Manager, with one direct report. You will drive

2015 compliance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and serve as the go-to expert for product quality across the manufacturing operation. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and site leadership to tackle complex quality challenges, reduce defects, and ensure our customers receive a consistently excellent product.

REQUIREMENTS

Solid working knowledge of

ISO 9001

2015 and quality management best practices Proven ability to lead root cause investigations and drive corrective actions to closure Comfortable analyzing production data and translating findings into actionable improvements Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally and interface directly with customers Mechanically inclined with a hands-on approach to problem solving Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience with ERP systems a plus (Global Shop Solutions preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience 5+ years in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment

Preferred:

Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Shainin Red X Background in polymer or specialty materials manufacturing Experience applying statistical process control and measurement system analysis

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
