Quality Control Supervisor Minute Men Staffing - 3.6 Cincinnati, OH Job Details Full-time $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Mechanical blueprint interpretation Computer operation Blueprint specification interpretation ERP systems High school diploma or GED Productivity software Full Job Description Quality Control Supervisor 1st shift Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Conduct routine quality tests (dimensional, functional, and visual). Document inspection results accurately in logs, databases, or quality management systems (QMS). Identify nonconformances and quarantine defective materials or products. Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions to verify compliance. Assist in internal audits and support external audits as needed. Communicate quality issues to production, engineering, and leadership teams.
