Job Description

Multilink Position:
Quality Coordinator & Inspector This position is an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department. The position is responsible for leading and/or supporting the Quality Department through collaboration with the QA Manager and QA Engineer in inspection, customer and supplier product, process & safety compliance, implementing continuous improvement plans and providing support to all inspection positions. Key Job Responsibilities Lead and collaborate with all necessary departments in processing and investigating customer returns (RMAs). Manages the calibration of all tool & equipment in accordance with accredited third-party calibration and in-house calibration. Lead and collaborate with all necessary departments in the identification and return (RTV) of nonconforming product to venders. Assist in all document control duties and activities through the Quality Management System (Unipoint) in collaboration with QA Engineering. Assist in daily inspection and problem solving when interpreting product schematics and standards. Identify non-conforming products, communicate, and record in Quality Management System (QMS). Proficient knowledge and use of calipers and various measurement devices. Assist in implementing continuous quality improvement plans Assist with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures. Promotes teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to company policies, process, and procedures. Assist in QA engineering projects as necessary. Education and Experience Bachelors or associate in engineering or manufacturing preferred. High level of organization and attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat. Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change. Understanding and support of company policies and procedures. Safety conscious behavior. Excellent attendance. Physical Requirements Lift, carry, push and or pull 1 - 50 lbs. frequently. Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently. Sit, stand, and walk for 1 - 10 hours per day. Close mental and visual attention required, coordinating manual dexterity with mental and visual attention for sustained periods of time. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen. Work Site Environment Ability to work in a 55 - 85-degree Fahrenheit work environment.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
