This position provides leadership and instills regulatory awareness and commitment to safe quality food practices.

Finding and Correcting Errors Knowledge and Enforcement of Company Policies Knowledge of Industry Policy & Standards Knowledge & Enforcement of Regulatory & Auditory Guidelines Risk Assessment System Audits Microbiological Risks Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree- Food Science, Microbiology or related field 5 years' experience in a fast paced

USDA/FDA

Food Plant Consider combination of experience with related coursework 7 years Excellent problem solving and decision making skills Strong organizational skills
