Job Description Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with AS9100. Partner with corporate quality leadership to identify and drive system-wide improvements tailored to each facility and its operations. Plan and facilitate regular management reviews to evaluate QMS performance, ensure effectiveness, and identify opportunities for enhancement. Oversee the control, review, and updating of all QMS documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper change management. Establish and maintain quality records that provide objective evidence of compliance, ensuring proper storage, traceability, and retention practices. Ensure quality objectives are defined, communicated, and routinely reviewed to measure and improve overall system performance. Lead QMS onboarding and ongoing training initiatives to ensure all employees understand their roles in maintaining compliance and quality standards. Manage supplier qualification and evaluation processes, ensuring proper documentation and continuous performance monitoring. Support leadership in assessing customer satisfaction and implementing improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance metrics. Develop and maintain an internal audit program to verify compliance with industry standards and ensure the QMS is effectively executed. Drive corrective and preventive actions to address nonconformances and support ongoing process improvements. Champion continuous improvement initiatives by tracking, documenting, and reviewing key quality actions and outcomes. Oversee preparation and submission of customer-required documentation (e.g., PPAP, 8D, CAPA, IMDS, Certificates of Compliance) and follow up to ensure approval.
