Quality Control Manager

Quality Control Manager - Federal Projects We're looking for a Quality Control Manager with federal project experience who thrives on ensuring every detail is done right. If you've managed USACE, NAVFAC, or other government projects, this is your chance to take the lead on high-profile federal construction initiatives. What You'll Be Doing:

Own the Quality Control Plan (QCP) for your projects. Lead and document inspections across all phases of construction. Partner with government representatives to ensure all requirements are met. Maintain accurate QC records, submittals, and testing reports. Work closely with project teams to solve issues before they affect schedule or quality. Ensure subcontractors meet company and federal standards.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years in quality control on federal construction projects. Knowledge of

USACE EM

385-1-1 and RMS/QCS systems.

USACE/NAVFAC QCM

certification is a huge plus. Proven experience managing inspections and documentation on federal contracts. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Someone who can step in and take charge while keeping the team aligned and on track.
