This role will lead implementation of quality systems, support new production line setup, and drive data-driven process control.
Key Responsibilities Quality Systems & Process Control:
Develop and maintain SOPs, Control Plans, and inspection standards. Ensure compliance with internal and customer quality requirements.
Production Quality Management:
Monitor in-process and final product quality. Analyze yield, defect trends, and drive CAPA.
Data Analysis & SPC:
Implement SPC and Cp/Cpk analysis. Build quality dashboards and reports. System Integration (MES / ERP): Define quality data structure in MES/Odoo. Support traceability and defect tracking systems.
New Line Introduction:
Support line setup, validation, and DOE. Define quality checkpoints at each station.
Supplier Quality:
Define Quality standards (IQC) and support supplier improvement.
PPAP & APQP
Experience:
Experience with
APQP & PPAP
processes in manufacturing environment. Ability to develop key deliverables such as PFMEA, Control Plan, and process flow. Support or lead PPAP submissions, including capability studies (Cp/Cpk) and documentation review. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 3-7 years manufacturing quality experience
