Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations. This pivotal role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality management systems to ensure products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for continuous improvement, a strong understanding of industry regulations, and exceptional leadership skills to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee quality management systems aligned with industry standards with coordinating efforts with the Engineering and Production departments. Conduct regular quality audits to verify compliance with internal standards and external regulations; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions promptly. Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and projects to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce defects. Establish and monitor key quality metrics, analyze data trends, and report findings to senior management to support strategic decision-making. Ensure all products adhere to quality standards in production by implementing quality inspection protocols and GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) procedures where applicable. Maintain thorough documentation of quality activities, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and compliance records. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Lean management principles, training programs, and team leadership initiatives aimed at elevating overall quality performance. Skills Proven experience supervising, leading and mentoring a quality team. Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on quality assurance and control. Expertise in conducting quality audits, analysis skills for data-driven decision making, and project management capabilities. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams; excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments. Ability to interpret technical specifications, regulatory guidelines, and legal standards ensuring full compliance across all production stages. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
