he role focuses on ensuring products meet customer and company standards while overseeing inspections, resolving quality issues, supporting production, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead quality operations for tire and wheel assembly.
Ensure products meet customer and company standards.
Monitor defects, scrap, rework, and returns and drive corrective actions.
Oversee inspections, audits, and quality documentation.
Resolve customer and supplier quality issues.
Lead continuous improvement/Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
Train and supervise quality inspectors and production staff.
Support quality requirements for new equipment and process changes.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Education:
High School Experience:
60 months 5+ years manufacturing quality experience.
Leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with tire, wheel, automotive, or heavy industrial manufacturing preferred
Knowledge of quality systems, inspection, and Lean/Six Sigma.
Physical:
