Job Description
Job Summary The QC Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing quality control operations across multiple facilities within the region. This role ensures compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The QC Regional Manager will lead and support site QC teams, implement standardized procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional leadership to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage regional quality control operations across multiple sites. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Develop, implement, and maintain QC programs, policies, and procedures. Lead, train, and mentor site QC supervisors and staff. Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations to identify and resolve quality issues. Analyze data and prepare reports on quality performance and improvement opportunities. Partner with operations, production, and safety teams to drive efficiency and compliance. Manage client relationships regarding QC matters and support resolution of concerns. Standardize processes across sites to ensure consistency and high-quality standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors, waste, and nonconformance. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in quality control/assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or multi-site role. Strong knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and audit processes. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to travel within the region as required. #CORP-1
