Bardot Plastics LLC Position Summary Bardot Plastics is seeking an experienced Quality Control & ISO Manager to lead our quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and assist in achieving and maintaining
ISO 9001
certification. This position will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction, process consistency, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastic injection molding or manufacturing environments, strong knowledge of quality management systems, and a proven ability to implement and maintain ISO standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation, certification, and maintenance of the
ISO 9001
Quality Management System. Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits. Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, and quality issues. Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for process improvement. Develop and monitor quality metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and management teams to improve product quality and operational performance. Train employees on quality procedures, inspection methods, and ISO requirements. Maintain document control and quality records. Interface with customers regarding quality concerns, audits, and corrective actions. Assist in supplier quality evaluations and vendor performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience implementing or maintaining
ISO 9001
certification required. Plastic injection molding experience strongly preferred. Experience conducting internal audits. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems. Preferred Qualifications
ISO 9001
Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification. Experience with statistical process control (SPC). Experience working directly with customers on quality initiatives.
